Stopped by for a quick bite after an eye appointment, but unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations. For a total of $32.41 for two combo meals, the pricing feels entirely unjustified given the poor quality of the food. The food was overcooked and completely devoid of flavor, falling short of basic culinary skills. the sides, specifically the wings tasted as though they had been sitting out for far too long—dry, chewy and unappetizing. The macaroni and cheese was merely passable, though barely edible at best. While the service was acceptable, the food quality makes it difficult to justify returning or recommending this establishment.

I stopped by the pizza place at La Palmera Mall this evening around 7 PM, and I just wanted to recognize the wonderful woman who helped me. I believe her name may have been Norma. She had such a vibrant, warm, and genuinely welcoming personality. She was talkative in the best way—making the interaction feel personal, cheerful, and memorable instead of just another quick stop for food. The kind of person who naturally brightens the atmosphere and makes customers feel seen. Great customer service leaves an impression, and she absolutely did that tonight. The pizza was good, but her energy and kindness were what truly stood out and are the reason I’ll happily return. If management sees this, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves—employees like her make all the difference.

Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen never disappoints! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The pasta is cooked perfectly, and the pizza has just the right amount of cheese and crispy crust. The staff is friendly and keeps things moving quickly, even when it’s busy. It’s a great spot if you want something filling and satisfying without waiting too long. Definitely one of my go-to places for Italian food!

Hello! My name is Richard Herrera. I want too share my awesome experience dining at Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly smile by Valerie the food was scrumptious I had a cucumber salad a slice of works pizza meat balls. All so tasty But all was made even better by the awesome customer service by Valerie and entire staff. Valerie showed cased her excellent customer service skills. She surely knows the hospitality business! I would recommend for everyone to go and visit Valerie and staff and experience the alternate dining experience!

The Villa Pizza doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I gave it. I had a young woman with purple hair tell me I was standing at the wrong side. I let her know I was picking up an order, she said she didn’t have an order. I gave her my order number and she repeated herself. I told her I needed the food I paid for and I showed her my order email. She was upset after that. She yanked a pizza slice off the counter and threw it in the Togo box. She didn’t even warm it up and that makes me feel like this pizza will make me sick. I am upset and disheartened because I work in the same mall as this Villa Pizza and I regularly come here for lunch. I have the App downloaded and everything. It’s very saddening. I guess I will be warming up my own pizza in the microwave here at work.
